Hello everyone, are there any BP members that have joined the GoBundance women group that are willing share their experience?  Just had an intro call with Elaine.  She was great and very informative, but I am trying to do more homework and get more insight from the other existing members.  Thanks in advance!

@Michael Plante Michael, this is just based on my personal experience. Perhaps I was spoiled, but in the past, I would get 100 calls a week for a 2/1 unit right outside of Thornton Park. In February, I rented out a 3/2 property in Delaney Park. While it rented within 2 days, I did not get the same influx of interest as I usually do.

@Alberto Nikodimov I would definitely consider and prefer a long term tenant as long as there is a need for furnished units on a one year lease.

Thank you Andrew!  @Cole Bigbee 's and your suggestions and helping me flesh out the questions that I need to ask and the homework that I need to do are a huge help.  And I will definitely take you up on the offer to PM after I find a specific property and do my due diligence.  Thanks again!

@Alberto Nikodimov Thank you so much Alberto! The property that I’m considering renting out furnished is multi fam (front house and a back unit) but it is not owner occupied. I have rented out a beachfront property on VRBO, but it was zoned commercial, so I did not run into any issues with the regs. Do you mind sharing how you are still able to rent non-owner occupied properties in Orlando on VRBO/AirBB?

@Cole Bigbee. Hi Cole. A couple of prospects, but I do not have a specific property yet. I am just starting out and talking with a commercial broker tomorrow.

BP is amazing. While it seems like most investors are in residential, I figured there must be members in industrial and there is no better place to start digging in and learning more and seeing who else is out there. I really appreciate you responding and if you don’t, mind I may PM you with a specific property. Thank you again!
