@Dimitri Paspalaris

I live in St Johns county and would love to invest there eventually, but too expensive for my budget... I've had my eye on the market around NAS, seems like a good place to focus my research on.

Thanks!

@Jack Bobeck

Thanks for the references! I have a better idea of where I should invest already.

That's kind of a vague question, a lot depends on your budget not necessarily the zip code. What areas have you looked at so far for your potential flips?

Thanks for responding! I've been in the St. Augustine area for almost 2yrs now and am still not completely familiar with all the areas of Jax. The properties that I've looked at so far in my price range all seem to be in D class areas that I would like to avoid. I have about 25K cash that I can use for investing.

Any investors with experience in the Jacksonville, Fl area?

I’m a new investor that is struggling to narrow down my market to the zip code. Help with which zip to invest in, which to avoid would be greatly appreciated!

My long term goal is to have a diverse portfolio with both long and short term rentals, but as of right now I’m interested in fix and flip properties to build capital.

@Matt M.

It seems all the bad advice seems to come from the ones you love and those closest to you.

My mother said the same when we purchased our first home!

@Carlos Medina

Now that’s advice I can use!

@Mary M.

I have decided I will manage my own properties after getting an estimate from a property management company. I was blown away at the cost!

@Tony Kim

I’ve received that same advice regarding condos and because of it I haven’t even considered them as an option. Definitely something to think about. Thank you!

Thank you! I will be listening to your episode later today.
