Hi Recia, I just saw this post after I responded to the colleague request. I am looking to do fix and flips but I'm getting started in wholesaling in the Phoenix area too. I saw you at the wholesaling class last week. If you'll be there again this Thursday, let's talk in person!

Welcome to BP Amanda! I'm in the Phoenix area as well. I've been a member of the site for only a few days and have already started making connections and having conversations with other investors & wholesalers. I think you'll find it to be a helpful resource.

JP - Welcome! I am new to the site and new to RE investing as well. I do have one rental property in Ahwatukee, which is cash flowing very nicely. However, Ahwatukee can be an expensive area of Phoenix when it comes to real estate. After being on this site only a couple of days, I've noticed that BP members are very willing to help so I think you've come to the right place to learn more.

Best of luck to you!

@James Leos welcome to BP! I am in the Phoenix area as well. You may want to consider joining AZREIA (you can Google the name). Lots of great education and networking. Best of luck!

Hello everyone and thank you for having me! Allow me to introduce myself in the hopes of building mutually beneficial relationships in this community. Being new to investing, I have a lot to learn from all of you which is why I’m here. I also hope to give back as I learn more and dive into my first deal (I'm focusing on rehabbing single family homes).

My name is Christina and my husband and I live in hot & sunny Phoenix AZ. I've been in management consulting for 10 years and I'm just now getting started in real estate investing. Only four months ago, I started researching RE investing and since then, I've established my LLC, got approved for private funds, started partnering with others in my local market and made my first offer on a home yesterday!

Things have been moving fast but my philosophy is to take action, even if I don’t have all the answers. I realize I will make mistakes but I’m okay with things being a bit uncomfortable in the beginning since I know that will help me learn.

I joined BP today to meet all of you and hopefully establish partnerships & relationships, as well as share ideas with others in this industry. I would be grateful for any advice people are willing to share. Thank you in advance!
