 In the Beaumont area!

 I want to have a real estate investing company. I'm working on making that happen now. I'm trying to have enough money from that so when I get out of college in a couple of years I can focus on that and pursue it full time. Also trying to start an e-commerce business as well. 

I am a student and am wanting to learn how to sale because I think that is a great trait to have in business. I am wondering what kind of part time job over the summer would be best to teach me that. Thanks in advance!

I am looking for some opinions on what I should do over the summer.

So a little background about me. I am a college student at A&M (Gig Em babyyyy!) about to be off for the summer. I want to use this time to learn how to sell, become great at selling, and to be comfortable selling to people. I want to learn this trait so I can use it in my real estate investing future. What kind of jobs focus on selling to people and would benefit me in real estate also?

Thank you Shaun! This is the first real answer I got from this post!! And I like that idea of sending the letter before the call so you have some proof instead of just calling out of the blue!

How did you build up a good rep for people to start calling you? And also, how did you start?
