Hi, In David Greene's book on the BRRRR method he said to buy an investment property with cash. I haven't read the whole book yet but, should I buy with cash or go with a loan when I first start out and why?

What are your thoughts?

Hi, I live in Iowa and I was wondering what is the best place to invest in or is Iowa a great place to start? I’m new to investing in real estate and I really don’t want to move far. Even though the best place I seen for real estate is New York or California.

Hi, I think you shouldn't be quick to get into real estate. I think it's great for you to start building your credit and saving your money which you are planning to do and also start scouting for undervalued properties. I'm also getting started and in my opinion, I think duplex is the best place to start.
