Welcome to BP. I would recommend attending an REI meet up in your area. That will be a good way to network and meet some local HML. That was beneficial in helping me finance my first flip in Baltimore city.

Can anyone refer an investment friendly Real Estate Agent for New Jersey, specifically Northern part of New Jersey? I am looking at buy and hold properties and potentially flipping properties if the numbers work? I need someone who can give me ARV, and specific areas to target. I am looking at Essex, Passaic, Bergen and sorrounding northern counties.

Looking for a HML or bank referral for a property I have under contract In Paterson NJ. Property is mix use with barber shop 1st level, studio behind the barber shop and a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. Purchase is through HUBZU and close after new year. Thanks

Honestly I haven’t research much of the area but I need to! It’s only 45 mins from where I live so it’s close enough and at 20-30k price range with 800-950 rents the numbers seem to work. I have a couple properties in Harrisburg and they are performing well.
