I was trying to avoid to take a loan, since I have the funds and then become my own bank.
If it co-mingles too much then I can make it an initial investment instead.

Im new to real estate and thought about lending my newly started LLC $60k for a house.

I would then charge an interest on the loan and pay it back over some years.

Any concerns on this idea ?
