Hey Guys,

I came across a $5mill MFH seller finance deal - 75%.

I would like to get 10-15% covered in some sort of Jr Debt.

What are common strategies used here?

I see a problem just with the lien being in 2nd position.

Hey guys,

I'm looking to refi an MFH and was reading up on HUD loans.

Anybody in here who can jump on a call and see if we can make it work?

I have read up on the 3 categories and know the basics.

My partner and I are not related.

We own long term MFH properties.

I found FAE183. We have multiple Sec8 tenants and do offer this as an option for apartments.

Anyone familiar with this path for exemption ?

My partner and I are not blood-related.

Hey Guys,

I'm getting a Franchise tax based on the Property value of my Partnership LLC.

The company invests in MFH, but I assumed it would still be the $100 and not Property value-based.

Does anybody know why it's value-based and not just the $100?

Its located in Chattanooga and currently have a single master line.

Any idea of Cost for this ?

Hi @Valerie K.

I invest in Chattanooga.

C-class and $200 per door.

I have a great PM that handles a-lot of work but that’s the path I have picked.
