Hello Vera, the turnkey provider I am using actually has it written in our contract that I will use a 3rd party inspector (of my choosing or they can provide contacts for local inspectors) to go over their work and make suggestions on things that may need to be done before we close. If a turnkey provider isn't encouraging or just not allowing a third party inspector I personally wouldn't use them. They should be confident enough in their work to allow that.

Out of the banks in my area I'm researching I found this one https://www.fremontbank.com/ I will add to to the top of my list for banks to call on Monday. I like your strategy of establishing a relationship with a bank, but a bank that can make large loans down the line. I really appreciate the advice.
