This is a grand endeavor that’s much more difficult than what it seems, especially right now when the economy is so shaky. But, if you ride out the next few weeks, housing will be in a buyer’s market...putting prices at a low and inventory at a high.

Well said and would add that there are definite protections going through a Realtor. Whether it’s listed or a wholesale deal or other, we go through a Realtor in order to retain the protections of the inspections and appraisals.
