It should have been in the by-laws. First thing you should have done is read them.

We have plenty of options here in Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha WI. Certain areas definitely are experiencing accelerated appreciation right now with new job opportunities and companies like Foxconn, Microsoft, and Amazon. Have you considered trying the BRRR method in less expensive cities? States like Wisconsin or Ohio?
