Trying to find properties in the right spot but all good ones are residential. Is there a process to get it changed to commercial?

Control and roll? Sounds interesting. Got any more details. I’m a newbie itching to learn as much as possible.

Looking for first hand advise on the pros and cons for hard money and who you would be recommend. 

@Frank Patalano lack of knowledge is my biggest fear. I’m trying to educate myself as much as I can.

Scott... someone to help keep me accountable sounds like a great idea. My schedule is a little tough sometimes. But I will make it to some of the meet ups. It’s definitely out of my comfort zone but it’s my goal of 2019 to make some changes. Thanks to everyone of the support.

Hopefully I will have some good news to report come this summer. I’m originally from Jacksonville but have spent a year in the Clearwater/St.pete area. Clearwater is by far my favorite beach in Florida.
