What’s your opinion on the best flipper software? Paid is fine, but maybe you find a free option to be better or just as good? (Such as Redfin, Zillow..)

I’m looking for all around analysis, all deals including distressed and “abandoned”, important data’s, you know…all the important key points!

@Cameron Hunt Okay gotcha! I wasn’t necessarily interested in Newport but I was considering it too. I guess I didn’t think they’d break up the different cities, I figured they’d count Lincoln County as a whole.

You mentioned you have a property you may want to sell?

I am interested in Oregon Coast/Lincoln County REI club or meetup if one comes about!

@Cameron Hunt Ohh goodness this is interesting and useful information for me. I was planning on beginning my STR journey in Lincoln Country very soon. Have you heard an update on this?

@Jeffrey Donis Yes.. Totally agree. However I’ve been a little frustrated with most all meetings near me still Zoom. I don’t know about everyone else, but networking is not the same over video call! Nothing beats in-person.

I did find an in-person in Bakersfield though, which I’ll probably travel to attend! Crossing my fingers for the return of real life meetings!

@Jo-Ann Lapin It is right! That’s what I thought. I take it as a good sign it wasn’t working out. It had a LOT of damage and rehab costs.

From my research, NW Bakersfield has more buyers than property to fulfill. I’m sure all of Bako is that way right now. That makes sense why the prices are going up. Demand is high
