What location, and what price range?

There was a thread on this subject just last week. Lots of detail and insight, though no stories from actual investors. Have you researched and decided on a strategy yet? I.e. Wholesaling, brrr, flipping? Check out the bigger pockets "ultimate beginners guide" and when that gives you and idea of what strategy you like, find the "ultimate guide to [your strategy]". They're great.

@Dylan Swinney Nope, just getting started. I was planning on starting with a few Turnkeys, then doing BRRR once I get more comfortable, but then I found out that there are guys like you who specialize in the Rehab R of BRRR.

@Dylan Swinney So you're a general contractor who specializes in rehabbing properties for rental. Man, every real estate investor is looking for a better general contractor. Are you planning on continuing that type of work?

Can you post the name of the company? Unless you want to keep their client list short so you're a greater fraction of it :).
