Thank you!  I have learned a ton on here so far and I enjoy listening to the podcasts.  

We are doing pretty good.  We moved the week before the craziness started so we are using this time to get settled in and making some minor repairs.  We have four kids in the house with us 5,5,7, and 9 so it is a little hectic.  We spend a lot of time playing outside and working out.  

The brokerage team that I'm with is putting on a lot of training which is really good.  I've also been keeping up with my clients.  I like working from home and the flexibility it brings.  I'm introverted so not being around people is not an issue for me.

Thanks! When we drive around he likes to point out houses that would make good rentals or neighborhoods.  It's a lot of fun.

I have recently started investing in SFH's with a partner. I am also doing a live-in flip. My goal is to have enough passive income in 8 years to live comfortably and work when I want to. I am also involving my kids as much as possible to teach them as much as they want to learn while they grow up. My 9 year old wants to buy his first rental when he is 14.
