Does anyone have a recommendations for a real estate agent in Naples, Fl with contractor contacts to assist with bathroom and kitchen rehab?

Hi @Alex Medina I think most Loudoun real estate is more of an appreciation play.  I have a town house that I have been renting for many years that I'm thinking about 1031 exchanging into another market for more cash flow.

I started this thread years ago and we had a meetup going for a little while but then I ran into some personal issues and couldn't keep it going.  The link you mentioned https://www.meetup.com/Loudoun-REI-Connect/events/ is actually the meet up that I started but re-named.  Lee took the meet up over and has kept it going.

I entered it in the BP events area as well but I guess it does not show up until the event is a little closer.

The meeting will be pretty informal with no set presentation. We will simply go around the room and you can tell us about yourself, what you are working on or anything you need help with. I will not be pitching any products or services but I do want anyone attending to be able to share deals or services that may benefit the group.
