So I bought a duplex about a year ago using the VA home loan and doing the whole house hack thing and its going well. I'm doing a bunch of cosmetic work that I can afford for now however the duplex NEEDS new windows very badly! Does anyone have any advice on where/how to finance windows, good referrals of window companies or anything that can help afford new ones?

-Cheers BP!

I bought a duplex that 2 months ago in the Haymount area in Fayetteville and everything is going super smooth! I have tenants on one side and myself in the other which brings my mortgage to a very manageable amount. Currently I'm saving up some cash for a refi and once I do I would like to start my search for another. Definitely got super lucky with this place! Have you found anything yet?

Im closing on a duplex this Thursday that is rented out on one side and my wife and I are going to live in the other unit. I definitely want to explore more options as to what I can do in the mean time instead of just benefiting from a low cost mortgage. I want to learn about everything REI has to offer with someone's real world experience. I go to a lot of meet ups in the area and am interested in what you have to say.
