Hello. I am looking to build an ADU in the city of Atlanta. I have the land available in my backyard and I would like to get a few estimates on pricing. Would anyone be able to recommend a good builder who would be interested in building an ADU? I know some builders dont want to take on small projects.

Hello all. I currently have a few SFH rentals and I'm looking to get started in multi-family and commercial space in and around the Atlanta area. If anyone in here has been successful in any of those areas, I'd love to pick your brain.
