Hello all. I currently have a few SFH rentals and I'm looking to get started in multi-family and commercial space in and around the Atlanta area. If anyone in here has been successful in any of those areas, I'd love to pick your brain.

We just got under contract in a deal in Atlanta (over 300 units). Have not yet operated though sorry. Hard market to break in to. Make sure you have GREAT broker relationships. Stay away from Macon.
