Hello everyone. I am fairy new to the real estate investment lifestyle, and am thinking about getting into multi-family. My question is, what are the general requirements to get a commercial loan? 25% down? And what are the general rates? I know every area is different, but I'm just asking generally so I can start evaluating properties. Thanks in advance.

Happy New Year everyone. I have never purchased a house at auction. What are some of the hazards that should be considered? Are there any situations that are obvious watchouts? Good and bad experiences. I know it's a loaded question, but thanks in advance.
