April's meeting was great but let's make May even better!  We have a lot of investors who are closing deals and working together to help grow their business.  Are you looking to flip, buy and hold, wholesale? Condos, houses, apartments? This is a networking event for investors at all levels and in many different niches. Have you been investing in real estate for years? Have you yet to close on your first deal? No matter where you fall, there will be something for you. We are continuing to grow out group so come down and enjoy networking and good conversation with like minded investors. Congrats on being under contract.  You should be able to finance with much less down.  Maybe that bank just doesn't offer that product.  You should reach out to Carrie.  She might be able to help you.

Our Wallingford meeting is 7pm Thursday at Sliders.  The full details are posted on the events page.  The meeting is good for anyone, newbies to professionals.  We regularly have investors who are looking for their first deal all the way up to investors who have 20+ units 

@William Farnsworth What meet up did you attend in Wallingford?  I have hosted the BP meeting going on two years and our meeting is all networking.  I hope you didn't attend ours and felt that there was a sales pitch.
