Hey @Roy N. we would be looking at anything up to 12 units. It would be mostly young professionals we are targeting. 

Thanks for a great response I appreciate the information. Coming from Calgary the buy and hold strategy doesn't work the same here as it could in other potential markets. We are doing some flips currently but would love to develop a buy and hold strategy concurrently. We are looking into other markets where we could break into provided the numbers look good.

Hey Roy N. what is your recommendation for a location for cash flowing multi family units in the maritimes? Looking to put something together and I see lots of inventory at different price points. Thanks, Chris

@Roy N. thanks. I was just thinking it would be nice to provide one of these for potential JV partners but I guess I can do something similar if need be. Would have been convenient though.

@Brandon Turner Does the flip calculator work the same for Canada? Are you able to input provinces rather than states?

Yes I am looking all types of Subs but particularly someone who can carry out a flip on time and budget ( good references are always important too) Do you have some recommendations?
