Calvert Mortgage has some flexible products should you find yourself in a situation.

Wow - That's shocking really. Sorry to hear things didn't go better. Why would anyone who does turn key put their customers in a poor neighborhood...? Unbelievable! Hopefully they are not selling this vision to other unsuspecting investors. That would be terrible.

Hello @Curry Forrer

Looking for an in to the Tampa market. Either looking to JV on flips or Multi Family investing. Seems you have experience in both of those areas.

Do you have any of these types of investments going on?

Hi everyone,

I have some experience in the Real Estate industry with flipping, buy and holds and my latest endeavor involves a multi unit building. I know Veronica and her husband from the posting above as they are also involved in this particular multi unit deal. We are looking to grow this into many buildings and units but are going to need joint venture partners in the future. We will need cash and mortgage availablity if anyone is interested or would just like to chat real estate I always make the time for this. Send me a message I would love to connect.

Hey @Greg Eaton,

Thanks for chiming in. What are the average purchase prices on your properties (roughly) in Cranbrook? You mention buying a 5th property there any plans to go bigger and do multi units?

Curious to know where in Canada people are seeing the best cash flow from their investments...? I live in Calgary and it's just not good strategy due to the housing prices. It's possible to make it work but I just hear of such great opportunities elsewhere. The real issue I have along with others that I talk to locally is not knowing those markets. Looking to start a discussion.
