@Mark Leavitt

Thanks Mark I will definitely listen to Chris Lopez’s podcast and thank you for your insights.

Thanks Justin I’ve been reading the blogs and have my alerts on so I don’t miss a thing.

Hello,

Like my title, I'm new to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate Investing. I'm a L.E.O from Colorado and have been for more than 20 years. With all that I have been through at work, I started trying to help others. I became a Certified Wellness Coach.

Being a Coach, I started a TV Channel on Roku geared towards Wellness.

 In growing and gaining knowledge with my Wellness, I became a Loan Signing Agent; because of a podcast here on Bigger Pockets. I plan on buying Single Family and Small Multi Family Homes At first and always, I keep my head on a swivel for opportunities. With my current job I've been fortunate enough to go on a few extraditions a year and travel all around this country.

I  have been looking into the neighborhoods and property values as well. I am looking in my state as well as others. I feel this has really broaden my knowledge.

If there is anything I can do to help, or anything you suggest that I read or do to further for my education please reach out.

Thank you,

Chris Martinez

@Sean Tippens

I live just outside of Denver and had my house pained inside and out including some decorative for my kids and it was less than 5500.

Inside is 2100sqft not including ceilings and outside is 2 story.
