I just had a relative send me links for Agora's mexico properties as if its the deal of the century. Seems like a scam and the guy is a typical time share salesman. I will not be buying anything from him.

Hey Jacob, Thanks a lot, its about 90 meters by 100 meters. Basically the back half of a long lot.

That would be fantastic Kristin, anything is better than just going down the list on google and cold calling builders. Thanks!

Haha yes that's the plan! Finding out what is possible is the hard part.

What would you like to know?

Sorry for the delay, yes I agree with putting as many units as possible. I don't know the market and would like to speak with anyone that has local knowledge and experience especially with permitting or builder recommendations. There is also a build cost to unit rent ratio that maybe a single story 4 unit would be more profitable than a 4 story hotel for example.

Restaurants have very high failure rates, I'd prefer to make it residential housing, but that's also what I know.

Very cool, totally depends on the build costs and if you can get a city to permit you.

I've done ok, but its very important you pick the right property with the right management. Same rules apply as any midwest/ south area. There are very nice areas and very bad areas.

Have you looked at the MLS? Check Tupelo on the top of your list for example two multi family listing. Just 2. Small towns are hard if you don't know them or get a good manager.
