Was on here years back but was not in the right position at the moment and still not sure if I'm in the right position to do this.  Here is my situation..  Paid off house, 3 cars, credit scores in mid 800s, and a little money to hopefully get the ball started.  We own a business and have nothing but time on our hands all day where we are in front of the computer answering emails or communicating with our team.  Trying to find a way to fill my day and give me a purpose again..  Willing to put in what ever work I need to put in, and I am not asking for anything for free.  I strongly believe in being fair and honest and that EVERYONE has to eat when it comes to being on a team.   Looking to network and open to all suggestions..

Has anyone heard of flipping houses for rookies?  And if so, what do you think of the free videos that are posted?

Here's a hypothetical situation.  Heres a guy that has about 10 grande in cash and about 50k in credit available to him right now.  Would it be better to wholesale properties or buy the wholesale property from someone and flip it?  Where to start..
