Back again.. Years later.. but I think I'm prepared..
Was on here years back but was not in the right position at the moment and still not sure if I'm in the right position to do this. Here is my situation.. Paid off house, 3 cars, credit scores in mid 800s, and a little money to hopefully get the ball started. We own a business and have nothing but time on our hands all day where we are in front of the computer answering emails or communicating with our team. Trying to find a way to fill my day and give me a purpose again.. Willing to put in what ever work I need to put in, and I am not asking for anything for free. I strongly believe in being fair and honest and that EVERYONE has to eat when it comes to being on a team. Looking to network and open to all suggestions..

I live in a Houston suburb (Sugar Land), have a paid off house, own a business that provides flexibility, and dove in a couple of years ago. We have two properties - 1 short term, 1 furnished medium term rental - and think we'll be able to get a 3rd in the next few months.
