Hello BP! i'm about to start shopping around for an investor friendly RE agent. For those of you out there who are already seasoned investors, how are you able to tell if the RE agent is good at what they do? Any specific questions I should be asking?

Anyone know of any good and honest investor friendly RE agents in the Phoenix area great at what they do and understands what an investor is looking for when it comes to great deals and buying and holding for rental income? I'm in the process of building a great team before i start looking at my options and on buying.
