Wholesalers, I am looking for 3 bed single level home in Beachwood or surrounding areas for an older couple that is looking to downsize. I would love to do a rehab for them. Let me know if you have anything that meets these requirements.

@Ania Knapinska I can also do 90% of cost (including rehab if any). I can do a 3,5,7 or 10 year fixed, amortized over 30 years. I might be able to get under 6 with a 3 year ARM.

Can you go here and fill out our 1 min application?

I am looking for something a little specific. I have a flip I am purchasing where the sellers are downsizing. They are looking for a single level, 3 bedroom home in either Beachwood, Pepper Pike, University Heights, South Euclid, Lyndhurst, or Mayfield. Let me know if you have something like that.

So I decided not to DIY this project and hired a carpenter. Hopefully next week I will have Granite and cabinets finally finished.

I had to fire my GC on my flip. With him went his "custom cabinet maker". So I am left with finishing the cabinets that are half way installed. I have never done custom cabinets before. So I have a few questions:

  • 1) There are several ends that need "finished" my thought was to purchase 1/4" ply wood cut to finished then glue to the end cap and paint. Is there a better way to do this? I have a attached a picture of an unfinished panel
  • 2) What do I use for toe kicks? Do I just buy 1x moldings and attach, also attached picture of unfinished toe kick
