Post: FHA for new construction tips / advice

I want to buy land and put 2-4 doors on it in the greater Seattle area.

I am a superintendent/project manager by trade and ideally would run the work myself.

I plan to use an FHA loan.

Any advice or tips to make this process smoother or things to look out for?

Newbie question what does REO stand for?

Are there any go-to methods you use often?

Are there any signs or heuristics that would let you know it's a good time to use method 1 or method 2?

Is there a mindset or specific knowledge that would make it easier to recognize / find  a creative finance opportunity?

Thanks for the info!

From my very limited understanding, it sounds as if having the right team is almost as important as finding the right property.

What roles do you have on your team and why?

Examples: lenders, realtors, and CPAs
