I'm building a team here in Salt Lake City. I will ask around and see if anybody has any suggestions on who to reach out to for you.

May I ask if you already have other properties you're renting or are working on at this time?

There are a LOT of great videos and posts out there telling you how to get started, and this is where I get that ball rolling.

I am working to get into my first deal before the end of February and I'm wondering what steps are most important for me to take from this point forward.

I want to do BRRRR with rental properties in Salt Lake County, Utah. I am just starting out building my team and looking for great people to work with. It seems to me now that I need to find investors and a team to work with me, but as I've not yet done a deal, I'm aware a wise investor would be weary about working with me. Unless I can find one I can work with who is willing to teach me.

I look forward to your feedback. I'm eager to make it happen and willing to do whatever I must in order to get it going. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I'm new to real estate investing and looking for title companies who can provide lists of properties in default. I'm building a buyers list and I'm very interested in making meaningful connections with good, trustworthy people.

Any suggestions on people I can talk with would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance and have a great day.

@Matt R.

I will NEVER put a penny into bitcoin. I don’t trust it and I don’t like it.

I’ve got friends who love it and that’s ok. I simply don’t want to speculate. I’d rather put in on something I know is solid.

Thank you very much @Mike Nuss.  I'd be honored to talk with you when you have time.

I'm very serious about success in real estate investing and I'm doing everything I can to learn and get going asap.

Tonight, I drove around for about fifteen minutes before picking my son up from a party. I found six places that caught my attention and I'm starting to look into them now.

I know I need to look at county assessors site to find out who owns the houses. But what are my very next steps?

What are the steps you take every single time you find a place you flip? Thank you in advance.

Every comment thus far has been ON POINT!! @Account Closed, I would say bring him in as long as all your other stuff checks out. Credit, criminal history, renter referrals, etc. One thing as well is to talk with his employer and ask what they think of him.

I am a home brewer myself and it MUST be very sanitary. Just the smallest bit of bacteria will destroy hours of hard work. As suggested, I would definitely ensure that it's a hobby and not a business.

I'm looking forward to hearing what comes of this for you. I'd love to have a tenant that's a home brewer.

I learned of this strategy and a real estate training group recently. I am very excited and I am wondering if anybody has heard of this before

Essentially, what you are doing is using a line of credit to pay bills that you would normally pay from your checking account. That way when you pay back your credit, you are improving your credit score and paying off bills at the same time

I’ve seen countless stories of people and putting their lives greatly by doing this. Have you ever tried it?
