I’m currently using Innago and haven’t had any issues. It’s kind of clunky to get set up, but it is working for me so far! Maybe I’m not a good landlord, but I just have the payment fee covered by the tenant.

If you’re looking for an agent, I highly recommend Red Bow Realty up there. Leah is excellent and her team seems very productive as well. I flipped a house up there last year but no longer live in the area. Good luck!
