Looking for a SFR and an agent in South Bend, IN

Hello BiggerPockets,

I am new to real estate investing and the South bend / Mishawaka area. I have done some research on the area as well as driving around the city looking at potential neighborhoods.

I have a pre - qualification letter from a lender . My plan is to purchase a SFR that I can buy and hold with a budget of $110K by July when my apartment lease ends.

I would love to connect with other real estate investors or agents in the area to discuss areas to invest. I currently work a night shift so attending REIA-NCI meet up isn't ideal for my schedule. However, I want to get a deal done this year so I will make the sacrifice if necessary.
