Hello everyone! Hope everyone is finding deals and doing fantastic. My question here is who do you guys use for your loans. Would you reccomend a small credit union or have any of you used some of the bigger banks. This is in regards to a first time home buyers, thanks!

Hello everyone, hope everybody is doing fantastic. I'm looking to invest in an out of state property in Austin Texas so right now I'm looking for some referrals for property mmanagers that you guys know of and would vouch for. 

You can definitely do it but you're going to want to find a mentor you can trust to help you and to make sure you're doing everything properly.

I've been approved for loans but haven't found deals over for what I can afford at the moment Southern California. I am still trying to build my network by talking to family neighbors, and co-workers by telling them what I'm looking for and what I can do. I have spoken to financial advisors and brokers but they haven't shared much insight as they don't seem interested in helping and give me "pretend deals". I keep getting this feeling no matter how much I educate myself with more books, podcasts, or anything else nor how many people I talk to that I'm just spinning my wheels. How do you stay motivated and keep going?

Has anyone here read books on time management to aid them in building their portfolio, if so which books would you recommend?

Who here on Bigger Pockets has a bookkeeper that they use to help scale their business and if not what do you do to help mitigate the stress of balancing your books?
