TIM, you can sell them to me, you can do a owner hold with a down payment from me and still have monthly income without all the headaches, or i can get a bank loan, let me know, you can send me the addresses on a private message.

Thats A LOT of money for a course.  Use that money for a property.  If your dead set on the course I wouldnt pay more than 2 to 5 k at the most.

I own both, with and without garage, its nice to have, but not needed.  Some tenants like the extra storage, or I use it to store materials, but never a deal breaker.
