I've been following Mais Habitacao closely. I don't much care about the golden visa being sunsetted, but obviously the restrictions of AL licensing would be dramatically impactful.

I wouldn't want to operate without software that can automate taking payments, leases, as well as doing background checks and applications, etc...

I use avail.co, only complaint I have is that the tax preparation is pretty basic and not as easy to work with as it needs to be. 

Bringing this thread back alive, I'm planning on selling a house in the US and potentially investing in either Madeira or Porto Santo. Is there anyone active on the forums that could recommend sources of data for the STR market in those locations, as well as a real estate agent, lawyer, and accountant?

We spent 2 months on Madeira last summer, and 1 week on Porto Santo and loved every minute of it so I'd like to get a few properties on the Island and eventually relocate there.

I make about $1k a door net cash flow on my three, but none of them are hitting 1%.
