I use Upwork because the search capability and background in real estate is easy to find and they clock in and clock out, but I would only hire VAs who do don't work for a VA firm because you will get different VAs and it gets annoying.

My employee is based outside of Cancun. His Spanish is the same as many of my tenants. If you go with a Philippines based firm their Spanish will be a little different. He is also in my time zone.

Virtual assistant firm recommendations please!

I’m part of a tiny startup with long term rentals in mobile homes in Georgia. We both have day jobs and struggle to find time to make critical calls to government offices that are only open when we are working.

In Georgia, all I had to do for this situation was find a good closing attorney. He supplied me with a “blank” contract that he uses for the situation (different for residential and commercial of course). Just make sure you read the contract thoroughly. I had to adapt mine a bit, make sure the attorney approved, then off to the races! Good luck!
