Turns out the owner is deciding to keep the property since they got the renter in there.

Oh well... On to the next one! :)

Yes. They have been in the home for two years and now have a renter coming in the unit.

Can an FHA loan be assumed if the intention of the purchase is to be an investment and not a primary residence?
