I did some search and I found out that its cost on an average  $137 per sq. foot to built new home.

I can across a house which was condemned by city. I am still new in REI . I was wonder how to estimate tear down and rebuilt of house.

That way I can give my offer to seller.

There are many investor who were buying properties and renting them also during this crazy time. You just have to do your due diligences. Check the lease from landlord make sure if he was getting paid rent, if rent amount is update to according to the market. If property need any work.
