Hello everyone! I've been interested in RE investing for a long time but haven't had the opportunity to take the plunge. BP was recommended to me from another online forum and I'm here to try to absorb as much information as possible. I hope to have my first purchase in the next 12 months with either a single family or 2-4 unit building.
