I will close on a house in Lithonia next month. I agree with Ali and J Scott. There are some pockets that are better than others. I found a house on cul-de-sac that's nice. I have a lead on another one that I will wholesale.

I hope it isn't the end of road in Metro Atlanta. I just found a nice deal in Lithonia in a nice neighborhood that is seeing a lot of activity. It's just too far from where I'm looking to invest as I'm in another county. If I find another investor who wants it they can buy it. If I can find another deal like this one closer to me that would be great.

Who is sponsoring this meeting in Fayetteville? How did you find out about it? I'm interested in possibly attending. There are not many REI meetings south of I-285
