How to contact property owners/heirs

Hello BP fam, I would love any suggestions to good code calling  site to call up owners of some properties, There are a couple of uninhabited properties in my area and i trying to get in contact the owners/heirs to see if they want to sell. Thanks

    One you identify the properties that you are interested in, use that county's property search website to find out the owners name and mailing address. Submit that information to a skip tracing company to get the owners' contact information (phone and email). If you'd like additional information please let me know.
