Hi my name is Cheney Haight and I'm a newbie investor. I have a off topic request on a contractor for my condo. A pipe burst two units above my unit and flooded all the way down to mine and ruined my unit. I'm getting my claim back the insurance in about a week or so and don't think I want to use the contractor the HOA hired to the bid my for the renovation. If anyone could give me any recommendations for an good contractor it would be much appreciated.

Hi my name is Cheney and I live in Colorado Springs, CO. My wife and I are working on finding our first deal and we like the idea of house hacking. We would like to sell our condo unit to get the down payment. We would also like to keep the price 350k or under if possible. Does anyone know a good area I can start my search with duplexes and triplexes?
