Hi my name is Cheney and I live in Colorado Springs, CO. My wife and I are working on finding our first deal and we like the idea of house hacking. We would like to sell our condo unit to get the down payment. We would also like to keep the price 350k or under if possible. Does anyone know a good area I can start my search with duplexes and triplexes?
