@Jonathan Makovsky  We are currently looking into the same kind of deal. We are the contractor in this case. The partner would be supplying the money and finding the deals. He has already bought into a franchise. What advantages can we offer to our potential partner? In other words, why would it be better of him to partner with a contractor instead of just hire one?
