Today is Sunday Nov. 2, 2008. Tomorrow i will begin my journey to wholesaling real estate. I will first go to the county courthouse and get a notice of default list. Does anyone have any ideas on what my next steps should be? I want to utilize my time each and every day.

You guys always give good advice, so i know whatever responses i get will be good ones.

Hello, everyone, my name is Lenny and I live in TN (knox). I was wondering if there is a way to get this list online or do I have to go to the courthouse and get them to compile this list for me? Is the list free or do I need to be prepared to cough up fee?

Also I was wondering what's the best way to get started wholesaling. I'm looking forward to hearing some replies and hope everyone is doing well.
