@Sandy Uhlmann

This would be great. I live in Eldon and work in Jeff City and all around the lake. Definitely would like to know if something comes together on this.

Well where I live the city will eventually take it, yes. Have you talked with the city/county and told them you are interested in buying the property? They may be able to let you know the process they take.

 If you know their name, I  usually look them up on Yellow Pages. It will give you a bunch of relative names. I then go on social media and try to find one of their relatives, then you can send them a personal message. Also always check with the neighbors.  They sometimes know the person and will have an accurate phone number.

I have heard on the podcast, that landlord forms are now free for pro members. Is this true or false? If so, how do I access them?

Thanks Lucas. So this particular mobile home is on a single lot. The owner lives next door and is selling the mobile home and the lot it sits on in order to fund a company he is trying to start. Knowing this information, would you change your opinion or does it remain the same? Thanks for the info

So I am wondering if this is a deal for a mobile home? It was listed for sale for 39,000. I have got him down to 18,500. The property gets $400 a month rent and has been occupied by the same tenant for the last 10 years. From what it looks like, the place is well taken care of. I am new to mobile homes so I am wondering if this is something to jump on? I have one single-family rental that I just got filled.

I have a question about a single mobile home. It has had good rental history since the owner has owned it. Over 10 years now. He is getting $400 a month and Will take 18500 for it. He had it listed for 39k From the looks of it, it looks like it is taken care of. It is currently occupied. What is your all's advice on a deal like this? Seems like a good deal but didn't know being it is a mobile home. This would be my second rental property. I also have a single home that I just remodeled and got rented out.
