@Bradley Dosch

Thankyou! Putting as little down as possible is definitely part of my plan since why would I put down more when someone else will be paying off my mortgage, that’s my perspective at least. I’ll definitely have to write down my goals and read some more books.

@Cameron Hunter

Thankyou! I guess I should have mentioned I’m in Canada, I’m not sure if it’s similar or not but I’ll definitely be finding this book.

Looking at finally purchasing my first home. I want to live in it as well so my plan is to house hack and rent out the top. Is their anything I should keep in mind? I plan on buying another house ASAP, do I need to live in for an entire year? Any advice would be appreciated thankyou.

Hey everyone my name is Chase I’m 26 years old and live in Edmonton Alberta. I’m looking to connect with some local investors and if possible some wholesalers. Looking to buy my first property in the next few months.

@Cody Hill that’s some great information thanks Cody. I’m hoping to buy my first property this summer and want to use the house hacking method for the first year than hopefully be able to save up for a couple more properties in that time. Thanks again!

New to BiggerPockets and the real estate game altogether. As of rig Now I’m just gathering as much information as I can as well as saving. What are some of your favourite real estate books? Also if you were to start real estate investing all over again where and how would you invest your first $20’000?

Good morning BiggerPockets. I’m brand new to the group as well as real estate investing. I’m born and raised in Edmonton Alberta area and am looking to network with people in my area and possibly find a Mentor. As of right now I’m just gathering as much information as I can and saving up as much as I can. What are some of your top books on real estate? How much did you save up before investing?
