Aloha @Joseph Schweizer ! Where is your property located? Did you have to research your own property management? I’m ready to invest and there’s so many turnkey providers out there. I’ve been having serious thoughts about Spartan or Memphis invest. But now that you mention Zach, I’m interested to know more.
