Hey guys, i am looking to get in contact with a Broker that works in Eatontown NJ. I am looking into an office building there. It is only 65% full. Its a nice area and building. Why is it 35% vacant?

@Russell Brazil Are you saying until someone is doing 5 deals a year its not worth it? Is that only because of the hassle??
